As a Commercial Excellence Manager, you will work within a multi-disciplinary matrix team that includes regional sales managers, data science, sales operations and service professionals. In this role you will report to the Director of Commercial Excellence, supporting the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division by managing programs to drive top line growth.

Responsibilities

:

  • Work side-by-side with the Director of Commercial Excellence to create conceptual frameworks and own tactical implementation of the solution designs

  • Collaborate with region sales manager and directors to leverage the use of data to create yearly territory plansOwn and create robust data insight dashboards

  • Leading and supporting multi-functional business excellence programs, drive and manage sales process optimization to improve the commercial efficiency and further contribute to the business growthEmbrace and utilize PPI methodology to improve productivity of the CMD Commercial team

  • Set and manage the mechanism for collecting commercial information at key points and to create valuable report via analysis on business capability, operations and process standpointLeverage the use of innovation and strategic planning tools and methodologies to identify opportunities for long term, as well as, short term positive impacts.

  • Use and continually develop leadership skills

  • 5 plus years of experience in sales, sales analytics, marketing or sales operations

• 5 plus years of experience in CRM and database tools such as SFDC, PowerBI, Tableau, Excel

• Experience with administering sales training enablement programs

Knowledge, Skills Abilities:

  • Comfortable working with large datasets

  • Understand ERP systems such as SAP

  • Ability to manage/ prioritize multiple projects

  • Must be highly analytical with a strong business acumen

  • Successful collaborating and communicating with diverse groups and working in a matrix environment

  • Champion for change managementSelf-starter, high motivated

• 15% domestic travel
