We are looking for a driven marketing specialist who is looking to make a difference by managing our instrument demo program. As our demo depot specialist you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the demo depot program while building out the strategy for the program to better meet the needs of our sales reps and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the US and Canada depot program. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: scheduling instruments demoes, coordinating supplies, setting up deliveries, answering sales rep/customer questions, and working with the US/CA depot vendors to ensure a smooth exit and intake process.

  • Induct new and remove old instruments from the depot. Coordinate inductions with product managers and RMDs to ensure that the stocking levels are in line with demand. Ensure instrument logs/schedules are accurate and up to date.

  • Work with product managers, planners, and other stakeholders to address issues with malfunctioning demo instruments. Initiate requests to schedule preventative maintenance or pack/ship instruments to their respective service/repair sites.

  • Generate demo depot metrics report and provide insights on a regular basis to support RMD decision making. Align with RMD demo goals. Work together to make the program more successful and drive instrument adoption & sales.

  • Lead web platform redesign and find areas for continuous improvement. Connect with sales reps to identify trouble areas.

  • Troubleshoot issues and work on refining processes when the same issue continues to surface.

  • Work with 3rd party vendors to coordinate the repair of various tools and obtain quotes for accessories and shipping cases (e.g. cases, ice packs).

  • Train demo vendors on new instruments and processes. Create & deliver training materials for vendors and sales reps.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Project management skills

  • Problem solving skills

  • Experience with vendor management
