Job Description


Conduct business analysis, gather business and functional requirements and develop functional and technical specifications.

Configuration and development of Content Management Applications.

Design and develop integration with external and internal applications like ERPs, SharePoint, PLM , CRM, ecommerce applications and other applications like Legal systems, OCR systems.

Develop and execute test scripts, document outcome, and analyze and fix bugs.

Support business and IT users in problem definition, root cause analysis, code promotion for the content Management applications (e.g. Documentum, SharePoint) applications.

Production support activities like Incident management, lead and support manage outage situations.

Plan and architect disaster recovery strategy.

Perform Functional and Technical application upgrades including the change management.

Own and manage Technology aspects of Content Management applications.


Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study plus 5 years of software development, systems engineering, information technology or related experience.

Must have experience or knowledge of:

Documentum Systems Management;

Development of Documentum Applications (xCP);

Development of Documentum Applications (D2);

Development of Documentum Applications (Taskspace);

Hands on experience on Forms builder and Process builder;

Development of Documentum Workflows;

Development of Documentum Object Models;

Configuration management of Documentum CenterStage;

Records Management and Compliance auditing;

Java application development for Documentum;

Migration of content into Documentum;

Design and integration of Captiva Solutions;

Business process flow building and design;

Content management solution design and engineering;

.Net application development; and

Networking and web security management.
