What will you do?

  • Provide administrative and project management support to the divisional global market development team for campaign project coordination

  • Develop and manage marketing analytics reports to measure performance against targets for each program and campaign

  • Generate marketing tactics including email, internal and external banners, and social ads

  • Develop and maintain expense budget reports

  • Manage intake of marketing tactics for legal and regulatory reviews and website updates

  • Develop and administer internal communication forums to help evangelize the team’s projects and achievements

  • Manage team intranet site, including archiving, organizing, and tracking all content

  • Other projects and tasks as assigned

  • Travel may be required (up to 10%)

How will you get here?

  • BS in a technical field (Biology or related scientific area) or in business

  • 2-3 years experience in marketing, marketing operations, marketing communication, marketing analytics, or related areas

  • Basic project management skills

  • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint

  • Analytical thinker

  • Highly detail oriented and reliable with strong organizational and excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
