Job Description

This dynamic and experienced Sr. Financial Analyst role is a key contributor to the Operations Finance Team, supporting both Division and manufacturing site level initiatives to help drive growth and productivity. The role will partner with the Operations Leadership team and provide direct support to several manufacturing sites. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and compilation of the MBR, QBR, Monthly Forecasts, and AOP for the Division

  • Drive consistent reporting and communication across 30+ manufacturing sites and help drive alignment with the global support functions

  • Act as the finance business partner to several remote manufacturing sites, managing their monthly/quarterly reporting, analysis, forecasting, etc.

  • Proactively use financial modeling to analyze key business initiatives (capital investment, capacity expansion, product line transfers, site moves, etc.) and work with appropriate teams to track results of executed projects

  • Facilitate robust and transparent analytical processes and provide management with accurate, timely, and relevant information for decision-making

  • Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required

  • Interface effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment with all levels of the organization

  • Utilize the 4Is (integrity, intensity, innovation, involvement) while maintaining a positive attitude and acting as a team player

Minimum Qualifications (must have):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field

  • 3 years of relevant Finance experience

  • Demonstrates strong leadership, intellectual curiosity, and problem solving skills

  • Strong Excel skills and ability to pull and analyze data

Preferred Qualifications (nice to have):

  • Experience supporting business partners and/or working in a matrix organization

  • Knowledge of HFM, CMR, Hyperion/Essbase, Data Warehouses, and Cognos

  • Global manufacturing experience
