Primary ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for leading Marketing Analytics supporting the Marketing Product team. Provide insightful, comprehensive, easy to understand and actionable reports. Present and communicate results and recommendation to senior leadership. Collaborate with Finance and HQ to develop target for Product Launches and Initiatives. Track product launch and initiative performance against target and KPI's. Make recommendations based on strategic understanding of the data collected. Benchmark overall customer activities and ARPU performance across regions, channels, products, package, initiatives and targets. Knowledge in Comcast Product and Services is a plus. Develop process and procedure to drive department efficiencies. Ability to work from scratch with little guidance to come up with rational approaches to solve analytical problems. Ability to work and partner with multiple layers of the organization based on strong communication skills. Strong SQL and Excel data modelling skills are required. Intermediate Tableau is strongly preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead and participate in the creation of analytic, tracking and reports to help provide insight and measurement for Product launches, Product performance and initiatives

Present and communicate findings to senior leadership

Make recommendations based on strategic understanding of the data collected and benchmark performance across regions, channels, products, initiatives and targets

Provide analysis to evaluate/validate marketing strategy and initiative performance against target and other benchmarks

Collaborate and develop strong relationship across organization, specifically with Marketing Product, Finance and Marketing Analytics teams

Collaborate with other organizations to reconcile different approach and drive common understanding

Expertly writes SQL queries and performs ad hoc analysis against large databases

Prepare, analyze, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reporting/analysis

Works independently to come up with rational and defendable approaches to solve analytical problems

Core Responsibilities

Develops business requirements, assesses current reporting capabilities, and makes recommendations for improvement.

Creates actionable insight and understanding, through the analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data, building recommendations that directly address business objectives.

Identifies possible conflicts with the strategy and recommends cost-effective alternatives.

Conducts full analyses of changes impacting customers and operations and ensures impacts are accurately integrated into forecasts.

Carries out post-event analyses to validate forecast assumptions and identifies all additional factors associated with changes.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Requirements

Must be expert in building Forecast and Analytical Models in Excel. Must be able to manage large datasets in excel.

Must have solid SQL experience writing queries against large databases including ability to write: subqueries, join tables, case statements, cast data types and other functions.

Must have creativity to come up with logical approach to solve new analytical problems, and communication skills to explain/defend the recommendations.

Must be self-starter who is comfortable working independently in blank space.

Needs strong influencing skills and ability to work in matrixed environment. Process improvement experience is preferred.

Excellent oral and written communications skills are necessary to interface effectively with management, co-workers and various other internal and external customers.

Experience in Tableau is highly preferred

Database administration, Cognos and Essbase experience is plus

Education Level - Bachelors Degree in Business or Equivalent

Years Experience - Generally requires 6-9 years related experience
