Wells Fargo Senior Mobile Apps Developer in Chandler, Arizona

Within the Branch and ATM Support Services (BASS) group in PVSI & Community Bank Technology, there is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Web Developer who will be involved in the effort to transform the branch technology to a mobile environment. The position will work closely with other groups to implement the mobile platform using a number of new technologies and systems.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining a native mobile application that is a web view container.

  • Working closely with the enterprise mobility group to integrate the application with the enterprise MDM (mobile device management), MAM (mobile application management) and VPN platforms

  • Working closely with the enterprise printing solutions team

  • Mentoring another developer in mobile development

  • Showing passion towards innovation and adaption of new trends and technologies

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Android development experience

  • 5+ years of iOS experience

  • 5+ years of mobile platforms experience

  • 7+ years of Object Oriented experience

  • 10+ years of web development experience; including programming and developing web applications

Desired Qualifications:

  • A BS/BA degree or higher

  • Experience leading projects that require integration of multiple technology systems to deliver new online functionality and user experience

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment

  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability

  • Ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions to complex analytical questions

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems

  • 2+ years of Agile experience

  • 5+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience

  • 7+ years of Java experience

  • Programming and development of web applications experience

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
