Eaton Corporation Aftersales Service Supervisor in Changzhou, China
Provide the customer the repair and maintenance solution and responsible for the customer quotation, order entry and project implementation.
Cooperate with PM to do after sales market activities, like relevant market information collection and analysis, customer visit, customer relationship build, after sales market promotion activity.
Develop Eaton brand product applications for all segments, provide value-solutions to better address customers’ needs;
Establish and maintain the relationship with local customers, like OEM and others;
Collect the customer and projects information and special requests;
Promote Eaton products through training the end users and delivering product seminars to DI;
Develop guide specifications with product manager.
Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years related experiences in power distribution service industry.
Demonstrated ability to take complex customer requirement into production.
Solid understanding of switchgear configuration and structure.
Technical oriented, Independent working ability and can work under pressure.
Effective project management skills and demonstrated problem solving, willingness to work with team.
Written English is mandatory, good oral English is preferred.
Willing to travel 20% to 30% of working time.
