Eaton Corporation Asia Quality Manager in Changzhou, China

  • Overall Asia quality management (supplier quality, quality system, customer quality)

  • Work with each plants to make sure the operation to run to meet quality certification request

  • Work with sourcing team to setup vendor quality assessment system and vendor quality improvement

  • Work with each plant on quality metrics review and drive improvement (COND, DPPM, Customer complaints...)

  • Customer complaints handling

  • Lead plant Application engineering team for customer order drawing execution within production team

  1. Education: Bachelor degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, or other related discipline.

  2. Experience: >10 years of experience in a quality management field with multiple site quality management experience

  3. Requirements: Strong continuous improvement sense, strong team working with cross-function team, customer focus concept
