This exciting role offers opportunity to:
Take fully responsible for employees’ hiring and on boarding with a good sense of external labor market
Conduct employee exit interview carry out actions after analyzing the data.
Responsible for the formulation, supervision and implementation of hiring, recruitment and departure of the relevant management systems etc.
Assist HRM in formulating and updating SPQ
Be responsible for supporting HR managers on people relative issues including discipline process, termination process, labor arbitration and other people issue by providing customized suggestions, consulting to ensure the effective people management.
Be responsible for carrying out activities and publicity related to corporate culture, such as annual meeting, staff activities, club activities, etc.
Support other HR programs assigned by HR manager
Bachelor or above degree in business administration, HR management, or related field;
At least 3 years HR experience and at least 2 years of recruiting or culture promotion experience in MNC, mechanical industry background is preferred;
Very good business acumen, strategic, organized and result-driven, good at communication and execution;
Solid HR knowledge in recruitment and understand labor law well;
Excellent command of both oral and written English;
Familiar with OFFICE, especially PPT and presentation skill.
