Eaton Corporation Maintenance Engineer in Changzhou, China

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of preventive maintenance and routine maintenance management of equipment maintenance.

  • Analysis of the causes of key equipment failures, development of improvement plans and implementation and validate the result.

  • Key equipment downtime reduction and OEE improvement requirement related equipment support.

  • Organize and instruct maintenance technicians to complete preventive maintenance of equipment, and provide necessary training and guidance to maintenance personnel and equipment operators.

  • Have solid knowledge of non-standard automation equipment of foundry and machining workshop, and can make corresponding technical improvements to the equipment.

  • Participate in technical review of new equipment procurement; technical assist the installation of new equipment and commissioning;

  • Lead the spare parts cost down activity, localize key spare parts and second source opportunity.

  • Devising and implement updating or modifying for machines and equipment in electric control.

  • Helping the technician by eliminating the complex equipment malfunction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ electrical maintenance experiences, major in automation or related field.

  • Familiar with PLC technology, can independently PLC programming existing equipment or newly added system equipment according to site requirements.

  • Familiar with servo, inverter, touch screen technology and components.

  • Have knowledge of electronics, electrical automation, mechatronics, familiarity with electrical standards, basic principles of machinery.

  • Have proved experience on preventive maintenance.

  • Good hands-on ability, willingness to maintenance equipment directly on the field, positive attitude to challenge.

  • Have basic SPC and data analysis skill, understand MTBF and MTTR index and operation method.

  • Have the experience of robot project development and maintenance will be plus.
