CACI International Business Analyst in Chantilly, Virginia
CACI is looking for a thriving Business Analyst with EVM and scheduling experience in support to the JATS program.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the Earned Value Management (EVM) and Integrated Master Scheduling functions in support of the JATS Program. Work will be in direct support of the Defense Health Agency’s support of the Department of Defense Operational Medicine initiatives. This position will report directly to the CACI Program Manager.
Insures the program cost and schedule baseline satisfies contractual requirements
Develops and executes programmatic budgets and financial plans that align with the program baseline
Leads team to work independently with Control Account Managers and Technical Leads to resource and load the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Assists the Master Scheduler in developing a master schedule by working with performing organizations and determining their critical tasks and their interdependencies within the program.
Ensures the quality development of the program's cost and schedule baseline to be presented at Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) with the government
Ensures Schedule Risk Analyses are performed (as needed)
Develops program unique standards and process instructions for planning, scheduling, baseline control, EVMS, financial controls, subcontract cost integration, and Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) compilation and analysis
Ensures compliance with American National Standards Institute/Electronic Industries Alliance Standard 748 (ANSI/EIA-748) and CACI Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and associated internal company procedures
Develops scheduling status reports used at Program Management Meetings.
Builds integrity, establishes relationships, and maintains communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, to distribute schedule information.
Transfers data from Microsoft Project to Cobra and ensures accuracy of data
Develops and maintains artifacts and other program documentation
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Experience integrating EVM with Agile software development methodology
Experience implementing EVM baselines using Deltek Cobra
Experience integrating MS Project with Deltek Cobra
3-5 years of related experience in project support or management; 3-5 years of working with EVM baselines and Integrated Master Schedules
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Visio and SharePoint)
Bachelor’s degree in a related business discipline (Business, finance, management...)
Familiarity with DoD Contracting environment
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
Experience on large-scale software development projects.
Experience with EVM principles and calculations.
Knowledge of EVM concepts and guidelines as delineated in the Industry Guidelines for Earned Management Systems (ANSI/EIA-748-B).
Proficient in performing EVM analyses and oversight and preparing reports/presentations.
Experience with contract risk analyses.
Experience with government major systems acquisition programs.
Experience with Insight and Microsoft Project.
Ability to operate in complex professional environment with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across multiple organizations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication and presentation skills.
Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
Demonstrate sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary, confidential and classified information.
Possess any relevant certifications, such as: Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), Certified AACE Earned Value Professional (EVP)
