• Responsibilities

  • The primary focal point between the customer and the COMM CAO GRIFFIN Development Team designing custom applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working with the customer/stakeholders to write and define customer requirements and workflows that will be developed by the development team.

  • Is an authority that provides expertise in the formulation of the application scope and objectives related to the customers business plans and application requirements.

  • Under minimal direction, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through user needs and an understanding of business systems and industry requirements.

  • Develops or modifies procedures to solve complex problems within information systems.

  • Performs at an advanced technical level on all phases of analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating into proper system requirement specifications.

  • Provides guidance to less experienced Business System Analysts.

  • Requires bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science or a related field) or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience. Experience with Microsoft Office including Visio required.

  • Excellent communication skills required

Security Clearance:

  • Candidates with current TS/SCI poly are required.

Physical Demands:

  • Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, e-mail, and face to face. Some travel may be required.
