CACI International Executive Support Specialist in Chantilly, Virginia

Job Description

CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our TSA IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI will provide a variety of IT services through IMPACT including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services. CACI will support TSA in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments increasing availability and security for a variety of applications and systems. IMPACT services will integrate with the broader DHS mission and enhance existing Department-wide IT capabilities.

  • Facilities and space management

  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments;

  • Monitoring, screening, responding to, and distributing incoming communications;

  • Managing travel arrangements using Concur Travel System and executive car service;

  • Manage time card completion and compliance

  • Onboarding/offboarding employees on program

  • Support corporate initiatives such as the Integrated HR Systems initiative,

  • Onboarding/Offboarding and the CACI store

  • Answering and managing incoming phone calls;

  • Maintaining and organizing records and files;

  • Maintaining and updating phone rosters;

  • Sitting in on meetings as a note-taker;

  • Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other materials;

  • Preparing, printing, and distributing documents and materials;

  • Providing logistical support to ensure the successful execution of meetings and conferences;

  • Receiving and interacting with incoming visitors;

  • Assisting with tasks that include writing and compilation skills;

  • Assisting with onboarding/offboarding employees.

  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at minimum)

  • Familiarity with MS Outlook

  • Positive, helpful demeanor

  • Ability to be flexible when needed

  • Ability to work independently or with a team for special projects

  • Ability to work well under pressure and commitment to quality

  • Strong organization, task management, time management, and verbal/written communication skills

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience and 2-4 years of related work experience.

  • Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance

  • Ability to obtain a DHS TSA Entrance on Duty (EOD)

Desired Skills:

  • Relevant TSA DHS focused experience
