CACI International Full Stack Developer in Chantilly, Virginia

Job Description

As a professional full stack developer, you will design and coordinate the development of software systems and hardware in one or more Business Systems/Information Systems area. Our Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) e-Business Suite including the EDA Application is located and supported in Jacksonville. We do software development using the following technologies and environments: JEE 7, Bootstrap, Angular, PrimeNG, Spring framework, HBase, Elasticsearch, Oracle, NiFi, Docker and WebSphere.


  • Works in a team to design and develops complex programming systems making specific determinations about system performance; defines functional specifications of the system for the appropriate hardware.

  • l Mentors junior resources

  • Participates in development of long range planning for new projects.

  • l Prepares reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.

  • l Performs the technical functions of systems programming and analysis for operating software products.

  • l Tests and installs new operating software releases and updates existing software.

  • l Performs diagnostic problem solving of systems software and acts as liaison with vendors on problem resolution.

  • l Manage data extraction jobs, and build new data pipelines from various structured and unstructured sources into Hadoop.

  • l Write technical documentation (SDD, UTP, etc.)


  • 5+ years experience

  • BS or BA degree in related field.

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Full stack developer

  • Experience JEE components (JSF, CDI, etc.)

  • Preferred experience with backend - Spring Framework. Knowledge of Spring Cloud is a plus

  • Knowledge of UI framework – Angular, Bootstrap

  • Knowledge/Experience of HBase, NiFi or Elasticsearch is a plus

  • Preferred experience with Docker based development/deployment

  • Preferred experience with System Build, Subversion, Jenkins, Maven
