Job Description

CACI develops and maintains webMethods based integrations between Momentum, a COTS financial management system from CGI for Defense and Federal agencies, and various application systems in use at a large Federal agency within the U.S. Government. We are looking for a candidate with strong development skills and desire to advance their skills in a challenging environment to help build, evolve, and maintain these integrations/interfaces.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand the Interface/Integration Requirements

  • Work with Business Analysts to help them analyze the requirements and formulate sound strategy in implementing them in the interfaces

  • Work with Technical Analysts/Programmer Analyst staff to translate the requirements into a sound design

  • Build the interface/integration code using webMethods Integration platform

  • Support interface/integration system and integration and acceptance testing activities, and resolve issues in timely manner

  • Support deployment of interface code in environments and assist in troubleshooting any issues

  • Support preparation of operations guide and other documentation, as required

  • Assist in maintaining development, testing and staging interface environments

  • Share best practices and lessons learned from past implementation efforts

  • Candidate might identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • US Citizen with a current Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance. Must be able to obtain Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.

  • Typically requires Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or related field) and five to seven years of related experience

  • Three+ years experience in software development involving Java, Oracle, Weblogic, Tuxedo, and SQL

  • Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in implementing financial management systems for government agencies or providing post-implementation support will be a plus

  • Two or more years of experience in developing integrations with webMethods is strongly preferred

  • Prior experience with other application integration tools are considered a plus in the absence of webMethods experience
