What You’ll Get to Do

Responsibility for the execution of the contract and delivery of services and has full authority to act for CACI on all matters relating to daily execution of the contract. As the Program Manager you will plan, execute, and deliver contract requirements which meet or exceed customer objectives, and will manage the customer and CACI stakeholders, risk, schedule, budget, and resolve conflicts.

Government PM, keeping them informed of relevant contract related information especially risks and issues and the associated resolution plans and status.• Ensure timely execution of all financial, staffing and administrative contract actions. • Mature program capabilities, service delivery, and staff to meet emerging mission

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

• Candidate must have a TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Poly• Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Business, Financial, Management, Computer Science, Communications, Engineering or IT-related discipline.• At least ten (10) years of experience as a program manager managing a service type, performance-based contract with an annual value over $100 million.

• Experience serving as a program or project manager leading and supervising a multi- disciplinary staff (100 person or more) of various levels.• Demonstrated experience in implementing managed services approach in a multiple service provider, multi-subcontractor environment. • Demonstrated experience successfully managing disparately located personnel.• Demonstrated experience presenting briefing to senior customer management and customer stakeholders.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have

• Demonstrated experience managing Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with multiple active task orders using various contract types. • Demonstrated experience managing programs delivering technologically complex solutions.
