What You’ll Get to Do:

You will work with a variety of sponsor and contractor personnel to develop a front-end Web interface for Identity and Access management applications.

You will play a key role in helping to manage day-to-day activities within the team. You will be responsible for managing customer requirements and project schedules while working closely with the Client Manager and security SMEs to coordinate the planning, scheduling, and testing of projects. You will be expected to employ strong technical and organizational skills to coordinate requirements and deliverables with the customer, document best practices; schedule and prioritize tasks and gather inputs and prepare documentation or briefings. Duties could also include setting team direction, writing analyses on relatively short notice, responding to data calls, and maintaining the oversight over all team projects

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Manage and track program schedules across multiple capabilities.

  • Structure or make recommendations for effective meetings, off-sites, briefings, program, etc. encompassing disparate IT technical, user, management and security cadres.

  • Identify bottlenecks in processes, issues within capabilities/programs and keep all affected Project Managers and senior management informed.

  • Prepare and/or deliver presentations for planning and execution.

  • Recommend innovative, practical, and timely options for solutions that clearly delineate benefits/trade-offs to users, stakeholders, managers and security.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree and ten (10) plus years of relevant experience

  • Demonstrated experience with business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

  • Demonstrated experience directing daily operations of a team to include analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines.

  • Demonstrated experience assessing computing needs and system requirements with users, management, vendors, and technicians.

  • Demonstrated experience providing day-to-day management of a program, and developing long-term and strategic objectives to ensure that end user requirements will be satisfied in future years of the system.

  • Experience in Identity and Access Management and/or Governance (IAG).
