Plan Sponsor Insights (PSI) is seeking a highly self-motivated project manager to join their team. In this role, s/he will manage projects and programs across a range of complexities, scope and topics working with teams located in the markets. The person will manage multiple cross-functional projects, identify and drive business process improvements, and oversee a broad range of activities and programs in support of delivering on our local and national initiatives. This position also offers candidates an opportunity to participate in delivering consultative services to the field and our group commercial customers.
Fundamental Components but not limited to the following:
-Manage department projects thru completion; prepare project summaries and dashboards
-Prepare presentations to communicate project status and/or education
-Coordinate management process execution within and across teams
-Maintain up to date case inventory; coordinate pipeline reviews
-Maintain department shared repository and communication delivery platforms (sharepoint, Unily, Yammer)
-Coordinate thought leadership content reviews for external publication
-Monitor key industry groups for market and healthcare trend information for department use
-Coordinate business-required survey activity from creation through analysis and results distribution
-Perform budget analysis; manage contracts
-Maintain department business continuity plan
-Drive proactive compliance and manage compliance reporting requirements
-Coordinate market clinical or analytic consultative sessions in support of growth and renewal
Strong organizational skills
Proven track record in meeting project milestones
Proven communication skills both written and verbal; ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
Builds and leverages strong relationships to work effectively across business areas; identifies cross-functional support required to achieve business objectives.
Prior experience developing budgets, acting as a project lead, developing communication plans
Proven ability to affect change/interpersonal skills
Solid Project Management skills including risk assessment and mitigation
Willing to learn new techniques, tools and approaches and in turn train others on these skills.
Ability to act as an advocate for change
The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The Plan Sponsor Insights (PSI) team provides clinical and analytic analysis, consultation and reporting for Aetnas group commercial plan sponsors.
