What You’ll Get to Do:

As a CACI Solutions Architect, you will be directly responsible for the design of new CDM Capabilities. You will work directly with vendors to perform solution design review and engineering review boards, Create Concept of Operation diagrams and supportive documents for new capacities. You’ll perform an Analysis of Alternatives of the top two design choices, build and Configure Prototyping environments to demonstrate a basic working environment for the various DHS Components and Customers. Work alongside the integration and operations teams.

More About the Role:

Our customers’ design schedule is highly compressed and will require our Solutions Architect to have a background across multiple disciplines to include: Microsoft, Linux, Hardware and Software Management Tools, Vulnerability and Security Configuration Management, LAN/WAN/VPN, Encryption Systems (at rest and in transit), Scripting, and various software deployment methods.

Additionally, this position is the team lead coordinator and primary interface with all other teams and vendors. The Solution Architecture team is responsible for creating several dozen solution designs a year. This position requires excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a Security Clearance/ DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD)

  • Experience performing an RMF, or equivalent, C&A/A&A

  • Experience with programming or scripting languages (Powershell, Python, VB, C+, ect…)

  • Experience presenting complex solutions and ideas to non-technical personnel

  • Bachelors degree in related field

  • 10+ years in related field.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Relevant DHS or .Gov Cyber Security focused experience

  • Experience with AntiVirus Solutions

  • Experience working with Software Developers

  • Experience working with Microservices

  • Experience with Hardware and Software Management Solutions

  • Experience with Vulnerability Management Solutions

  • Experience with Security Configuration Management Solutions

  • Experience with Microservices

  • Experience with Private, or Public, Cloud Implementations

  • Experience with Digital Rights Management Solutions

  • Experience with Directory Authentication Systems

  • Experience with Cryptography Solutions (PKI)
