CACI International Service Level and Quality Analyst in Chantilly, Virginia

Job Description

CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our TSA IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI will provide a variety of IT services through IMPACT including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services. CACI will support TSA in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments increasing availability and security for a variety of applications and systems. IMPACT services will integrate with the broader DHS mission and enhance existing Department-wide IT capabilities.

The Service Level and Quality Analyst will work with a team of other Quality Analysts to support all aspects of Service Level Management and Quality Assurance for a large-scale Enterprise IT contract supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Transportation Security Administration (TSA).


  • Performs the more routine inspections and measurements, collecting and summarizing quality data, and maintaining records on the results of sampling procedures.

  • Gathers information concerning the application of quality procedures, review of technical quality requirements, or the results of inspections and tests provide a basis for decisions and action by senior-level specialists.

  • Performs audits of relatively simple work processes to ensure that work is accomplished according to maintenance standards and specifications; and reviews test and calibration procedures.

  • Provides information for an overall assessment of the timely and proper implementation of new or revised work processes, use of modified or new equipment, and other controlling procedures.

  • Ensures quality processes are developed in conjunction with the user requirements.

  • Works as part of a team to establish parameters and specifications for databases.

  • Tracks and maintains documentation of assigned quality projects.

  • Reviews requirements, specifications and documentation to gain a thorough understanding of the programs and processes to be certified.

  • Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) outlining standard processes used to manage resources (e.g. staffing levels, interview process, onboarding process, group management).

  • Manages workflows, input and reports status for Security Clearance processing with CACI and TSA. Reviews all Security related reports and training.

  • Establishes, prepares and maintains staffing metrics analytics, to include costs for adherence to SLA’s.

  • Assists in maintaining personnel records, onboarding, recruitment Support.

  • Estimates materials, equipment, production costs, and delivery schedules.

  • Support the subcontractor staffing process for notification of open positions, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, ensuring candidate feedback is provided.

  • Raises issues, questions and concerns. Validates results, reports discrepancies and follows through to ensure that all issues are resolved.

  • Provides or validates estimates for assigned tasks.

Required Skills:

  • Typically has a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experience.

  • Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance

  • Ability to obtain a DHS TSA Entrance on Duty (EOD)
