More About the Role:
Targeting analysts use unique datasets, specialized tools, and network analysis techniques to identify and analyze key threats to the US, identify opportunities to disrupt them, and evaluate the risks and benefits of proposed operations. Targeting analysts regularly produce a range of sophisticated short and longer term analytic targeting intelligence products and provide close analytic support to operations for US policymakers, military officials, and law enforcement agencies. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research focusing on BW gaps with emphasis on technical collection gaps; produce analytical summaries, memos, etc. You will work closely with the customer to understand their requirements and work independently or in a team setting to fulfil those requirements.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a targeting officer.
Experience working counter-proliferation or counter-terrorist intelligence issues on BW and BW-related target sets.
Experience and familiarity with multiple intelligence collection disciplines.
Ability to analyze, problem solve, and multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
Ability to interact and liaise with different USG agencies at various levels.
Ability to present information in visually informative and innovative formats.
Willingness and ability to travel abroad.
Experience analyzing and querying collected intelligence traffic and/or datasets to address tactical intelligence needs and supporting national level technical collection activities.
Degree in computer science, life science, engineering, or similar field (or equivalent work experience in a technical field).
Seasoned professional individual contributor
Works independently with limited supervision

The ability to clearly communicate with customer and teammates.
