Bank of America Associate Readiness and Adoption / Business Control Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Description:

Responsibilities include :

  • Consult, design and deliver learning solutions. Identify training opportunities, strategies and solutions that are linked to AML organizational and business goals

  • Develop and manage associate readiness calendar (audiences impacted for each change, schedule for training/communication, etc.)

  • Partner with all impacted organizations to drive adoption plans with appropriate focus for the relevant business

  • Develop and update procedures where applicable

  • Conduct internal team training on applicable AML/KYC topics

  • Engage with Digital Strategy team to incorporate technology change impact into overall associate readiness calendar and approach to minimize audience impact

  • Partner with Operations teams to confirm readiness for adoption of changes to processes, procedures and systems

Required Skills :

  • 7-10 years of GBAM LOB experience, business controls, learning/leadership development, process design, or project management experience

  • Proven time management and organizational skills

  • Pro-active with effective communication and relationship building skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities

  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel

Desired Skills :

  • AML experience a plus

  • ACAMS certification a plus
