CBRE Business Ops Coordinator in Charlotte, North Carolina

JOB SUMMARY

Working under direct supervision, provides routine day-to-day business operations and technology support to multiple lines of business in an office. Responsible for processing and managing requests for all account related hardware, software and system access related to onboarding, offboarding, equipment life cycle and employee technology.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Processes and manages all Hardware, Software and System access requests related to Onboarding, Offboarding and Equipment lifecycle

Primary contact for end user equipment, systems ordering and system access

Provides end user support for all technology applications and systems

Monitors, manages and audits technology asset inventory

Monitors monthly expenses related to telecommunications and related applications

Develops and manages supporting documentation and quick reference guides related to technology hardware, software and system access

Supports deployments, migrations and implementations of new technology systems

Interacts with internal customers, acting as a liaison between business and technology areas

Works closely with Sr. Business Analyst on a variety of activities that support the operational administration of the account

Vendor Relationship/Billing Management - Wireless Device, User, Cost Control and System Licensing, Participation, User and Cost Control Applications - Systems Management, Optimization, and Support (Forms, CMMS, Device loads, Webex)

Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.

Associate's degree or higher in the field of Statistics or equivalent business field preferred.

None

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to develop draft work scripts, methods of procedure, and standard operating procedures.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
