Job Description:

  • 7-10 years of experience in business/operational planning

  • Demonstrates leadership, leading through change and process improvements to deliver results

  • Strong analytical capability and demonstrates attention to detail

  • Demonstrated problem solving, strong follow up skills and ability to escalate and gain resolution

  • Self-starter able to work independently

  • Strong organization skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and meet deadlines

  • Ability to navigate the organization and business partner relationships efficiently and effectively

  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid business partnerships and negotiate solutions; biased towards action and ability to build consensus

  • Superior presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to influence desired outcome

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization and at all levels of management

  • Strong decision making skills with proactive communication style

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Ability to manage and shift priorities as needed

  • Proven analytical, logical reasoning and problem solving skills

Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or for a complete line of business that may be regional or national in scope, often requiring associates in one or more location. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. Consults with senior management in evaluating current methods and developing strategies to implement changes and improvements. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business units functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. Generally has full management responsibility over a relatively large team and may manage one or more levels of managers.
