General Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Working closely with Hertz Maintenance Department for handling tows, contacting vendors, arranging vehicle retrieval from impound.

  • Using tablet to inventory vehicles in proper status.

  • Processing of vehicle accident reports and processing of salvages.

  • Ordering parts and supplies for vehicles.

  • Paperwork processing and handling for vehicle records.


  • Monday through Friday.

  • Would likely be 5 days , five hours per day or 4 days six hours per day

Mandatory Requirements


  • Strong organizational skills and have the ability to multitask.

  • Must have good communication skills.

  • Strong typing skills.

  • Proficient in using basic computer programs.

Preferred Requirements
