The Hertz Corporation Clerk - part time in Charlotte, North Carolina
Working closely with Hertz Maintenance Department for handling tows, contacting vendors, arranging vehicle retrieval from impound.
Using tablet to inventory vehicles in proper status.
Processing of vehicle accident reports and processing of salvages.
Ordering parts and supplies for vehicles.
Paperwork processing and handling for vehicle records.
Monday through Friday.
Would likely be 5 days , five hours per day or 4 days six hours per day
Strong organizational skills and have the ability to multitask.
Must have good communication skills.
Strong typing skills.
Proficient in using basic computer programs.
