Bank of America Deposit Product Fraud Strategy & Policy Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina
Responsible for the strategic development of multi-channel Fraud strategies to improve portfolio risk and profitability for Deposit Products. Ideal candidate will have extensive fraud strategy experience within the Financial Services industry. Key functions will include the identification and communication of business trends, ability to create financial assessments and ability to develop strategic solutions. Proven experience developing scorecards and communicating business results and financial assessments. Sound knowledge of financial statements and business processes required.
5+ years of Fraud Strategy experience within the Financial Services industry
Proven ability to work independently and identify solutions to complicated problems.
Ability to think strategically and work cross-functionally to develop and execute on a tactical solution
Sound knowledge of financial statements and business processes.
Proven ability to 'tell the story' succinctly in order to gain support and followership about an idea.
Detail oriented, self-starter, takes initiative, independent worker, surfaces and escalates issues or concerns effectively.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to confidently present to senior management
