ECIO Strategy & Initiatives Leader

This role will be responsible for leadership of both internal and cross-functional/virtual teams to provide support to the EIT CIO organization in driving oversight, reporting and execution for Strategy & Communications activities including but not limited to Strategy planning, CIO Transformation, Executive Reporting and Communications, Team member engagement activities

Essential duties & responsibilities

  • Drives oversight and execution of Strategy & initiatives as required based on departmental needs (e.g. Strategy planning, CIO Transformation, Executive Reporting and Communications, Team member engagement activities, etc.)

  • Accountable for providing efficient, timely, and reliable service to executives, business partners, and team members and have the ability to prioritize and think critically on tight deadlines.

  • Acts with strategic intent and sound judgment to lead the development and dissemination of information, communications and materials supporting the organization’s strategic objectives and initiatives.

  • Employs a wide range of tools and tactics to ensure information reaches target audiences with appropriate and measurable impact.

  • Demonstrate drive and initiative by leveraging personal technology expertise as well as other sources (meetings, interviews, research, etc.) to obtain and convey information and data in a highly visible, fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support management, project management, business operations or strategic planning in financial services

  • 4+ years of management experience

  • 10+ years of financial services experience

  • 5+ years of change management experience

  • 5+ years of financial reporting experience

  • 5+ years of financial services experience

  • 5+ years of marketing experience

  • 5+ years of wholesale banking experience

  • 10 + years of experience creating and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps at the executive level for enterprise wide business initiatives

  • Ability to develop and execute business vision, strategies, and goals

  • Ability to effectively partner and influence at the executive level

  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

  • Ability to facilitate executive reviews

  • Ability to influence executive decision-making and successfully negotiate critical issue resolution related to program initiatives

  • Ability to present to senior level executives

  • Ability to research, compile, and present critical operational data in executive summaries

  • Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communications

  • Ability to quickly and accurately execute tactical deliverables

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
