WIM Finance is seeking an experienced finance consultant to provide comprehensive financial management for the combined Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Staff Groups. The incumbent will be the primary finance support for WIM Strategic Solutions, Wells Fargo Investment Institute and the WIM Risk group and may provide financial support for other WIM lines of business.

  • Responsibilities include:*

• Perform the financial planning and analysis activities including: financial forecasts, variance analyses, management reporting, key metrics reporting

• Provide expense analysis in terms of relevant business drivers pertaining to WIM Staff

• Present financial results and associated analysis to senior management

• Prepare presentation materials on behalf of senior management

• Perform finance operations activities including billing, receivables, and payments as needed

• Provide financial support for CCAR and RRP deliverables for WIM Staff

• Implement and monitor financial controls including support for Reg. W compliance

• Develop and maintain outbound Staff expense allocation methodology and explain allocated costs to receiving partners.

• Lead partnership with the Finance Centers of Excellence (COEs) and LOB Finance while continuing advancement toward the Finance target operating model

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics and reporting; or a BS/BA degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business and 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics or reporting

Desired Qualifications:

  • A BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting

  • Ability to successfully operate in a complex and matrixed environment

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including high level of proficiency in modeling

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Professional presentation skills
