Enterprise Information Security’s (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargo’s infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS):

  • As lead Information Security Engineer, contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance risk management program by working collaboratively across risk disciplines to improve compliance validation methodologies and maintain compliance levels at or above those of the LOBs.

  • Lead the oversight of multiple systems of record containing sensitive information regarding multiple production systems under SSD management.

  • Works with peer SSD and EGS engineers to ensure consistency and accuracy of systems including, but not limited to, Remedy, SAR, AMP, TSC, PAVR, DMAN, Validation Framework, and Security Planning & Assessment of Risks / Controls (SPARC).

  • Collaborates with Secure Perimeter Applications, Reporting, and Knowledge Management (SPARK) team to build comprehensive knowledge management system for system design documents, build and baseline configuration documents, troubleshooting material, audit materials, and etcetera.

  • Participates in successful completion of Top-of-House Cyber Risk Portfolio projects and LOB initiatives requiring research, analysis, design, testing and implementation of Citrix virtualized application delivery solutions that optimize end-user experience while minimizing risk of inappropriate exposure of company data.

  • Participates in Citrix Governance Center of Excellence. Works closely with the Cyber Threat Fusion Center to enhance capabilities to detect and react to malicious activity originating from virtual sessions. Works with SPARK to design and implement a workflow solution for detecting and reacting to Events of Interest.

  • Works with SPARK to ensure PAVR tool adequately enables SSD to fulfill “accountable” role by leveraging Operating Level Agreements and validation tools to ensure timely completion of tasks performed by “responsible” peer departments.

  • Participates in the implementation, configuration and ongoing maintenance of security solutions designed to monitor and generate reports regarding usage of Cloud-based third-party hosted solutions.

  • Prepares specifications for system changes. Recommends and initiates systems testing. Works with other internal resources within technology and business groups to assess tools, define / improve processes and re-engineer systems for greater efficiencies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of information security applications and systems experience

  • 5+ years of experience working with information security controls and deployments in a production environment

  • 5+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise wide information technology solutions-

  • 5+ years of experience with Windows server operating systems including building, supporting and advanced troubleshooting

  • 5+ years of experience leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners

  • 5+ years of technical documentation and publication experience

  • 5+ years of configuration management experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced Information Security technical skills and understanding of information security practices and policies

  • Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience supporting Citrix infrastructure and hosted applications

  • Experience supporting Cloud Access Security Monitoring (CASM) or Cloud Access Security Brokering (CASB) products

  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

  • Experience communicating in both written and verbal formats with senior executive-level leaders

  • Ability to work on call as assigned

  • Flexibility to frequently be on call beyond normal working hours
