Manager, Chief of Staff
The Chief of Staff reports to the Chief Technology Officer for Deloitte s Function Relationship Management Group (RMG). The FSS Relationship Management Group is responsible for multi-million dollar technology portfolios across Audit & Assurance, Risk and Financial Advisory, Consulting, Federal, and Tax.
Work you ll do
The Chief of Staff (COS) will support a wide range of projects, coordinate strategy, plan initiatives, manage reporting of project/initiative work progress, set and organize agendas, and prepare communications to key stakeholders and executive leadership regarding projects/initiatives.
Works closely with leaders to facilitate execution of key projects and initiatives.
Provides strategic, analytical and project management support, and keeps leadership abreast of noteworthy events, milestones and issues in their area of responsibility.
Leads RM projects/initiatives. Supports integration of all appropriate channels and sub-channels involved in execution and delivery of projects/initiatives.
Ensures the timely communication and flow of information among leadership and key stakeholders for projects/initiatives. Serve as a conduit and contact point so key objectives are communicated clearly and can be met.
Maintains lists of leadership team priority action items, and monitors progress on action items. Oversees and executes other significant "strategic administrative" responsibilities: develops and maintains calendars, schedules and facilitates meetings, responds as appropriate to inquiries from various leadership groups.
Contributes to / oversees the development of internal communications deliverables (including emails/voicemails, newsletters, presentations, speaking notes, etc.) to relay key messages or ask for participation/execution on activities.
Enables the Relationship Management (RM) strategy, ensuring the strategic values of RM are being executed in a timely manner and consistently.
Serve as escalation point of contact for each account team to help support their role and serve as holistic change agent for RM.
Partner closely with Enabling Areas (EA) Leadership to maintain consistency in approach, reporting and metrics, and strategy.
Manage administrative functions for CTO FSS-RMG.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Serving as the primary point-of-contact and trusted advisor for technology needs including results, resolutions, and expectations monitoring; opportunity escalation; continuous improvement; and service excellence.
Driving strategic alignment of technology to business priorities to maximize the value of IT investments.
Bachelor s Degree
5 -10 years of related experience
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Project management/delivery experience
Upward management skills for working with senior leaders
Executive interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation, consultative, and influencing skills
Ability to travel 30% to Hermitage, Houston, and other office locations as needed
Self Starter who can work with little oversight
Ability to thrive in a fluid environment
