WindStream Communications Outbound Account Executive in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Description: * This position will be responsible for outbound calling activities through assigned campaigns, warm leads, and opportunity follow-ups in a fast paced sales environment to include new customer acquisition, existing customer broadband acquisition/upgrades, and direct mailer follow-ups. * Skill set for cold calling SMB in WIN exchange areas to present value added services to new and existing customers based on needs assessment. * Building a healthy funnel/pipeline of opportunities via rigorous prospecting and sales activity to meet/exceed quota. * Differentiate Windstream from competition using cost control, ROI and productivity client buy-in.

Desired Requirements: * At least 2 years of sales experience * Business/Sales acumen; fluent in ‘Biz-Speak’ over ‘Tech Talk.’ * Consultative/Solutions Selling track record * Excellent communication skills; polished and professional. * Ability to work effectively under deadlines. * Extremely motivated; courageous, tenacious and results-oriented.
