This position will focus on translating marketing strategies into cross-touch communication plans and creative by leveraging SME/functions for Personal Lines & Loans. With two direct reports, the incumbent will be responsible for defining marketing programs, measuring performance metrics, understanding customer segments / targets, communicating status and reporting results.

/_Specific Responsibilities Include: _/

  • Representing and being an advocate for the customer in all marketing conversations

  • Partnering with OC marketing on strategic assignments to translate into an integrated communications channel strategy that will deliver profitable ROI to the business

  • Collaborating across Marketing’s Centers of Excellence (COE) to ensure channel fit and delivery of highest impact results

  • Developing and managing digital creative and messaging across paid, owned and earned media channels

  • Collaborating with the in house agency on creative development and testing opportunities

  • Oversee project management of campaign work including rigorous focus on managing scope, timelines, budget, approvals and execution

  • Leveraging COEs to apply channel learnings to inform future strategy via campaign analytics

The role is part of Integrated Marketing, a center of excellence (COE) within the overall Marketing organization of Wells Fargo. This particular team focuses on the needs for Personal Lending within the Consumer Lending Group.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: marketing, digital marketing, digital platforms, or social media

  • 1+ year of experience coaching and developing a team
