Bank of America Service Delivery Consultant - Global Regulatory in Charlotte, North Carolina

Position Overview:

The Service Delivery consultant will provide support across the Global Regulatory team. The individual will participate in activities related to HR regulatory work and processes. The successful candidate must have a strong desire to learn, be able to operate in the gray, and be able to simplify complicated scenarios and requests. This position demands attention to detail, while working in a very fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop materials in response to regulatory requirements and requests for activity outside the U.S.

  • Organize and maintain information for regulatory work-streams for historical and reference purposes

  • Perform research and analysis for executive reporting

  • Assist with creation of presentation materials for executive leadership

  • Develop and conduct internal assessments with controls to validate completion of required deliverables

  • Partner with global HR, Compliance and Legal teams on regulatory inquiries and on-going work-streams

  • Create executive reporting to easily track status of regulatory activity

Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Education:

To be minimally qualified for this role, a candidate must have/be able to:

  • Ability to create executive ready presentations

  • Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide support

  • Build repositories and reporting to document compliance with regulatory requirements while also making sense for the business

  • Deep intellectual curiosity and ability to thoughtfully manage ambiguity

  • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity

  • Leverage resources to be able to gather, present, and communicate data and develop solutions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to distill large volume of information into a compelling and concise business “story”

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently

  • Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion, and balance risk and reward with a strong focus on compliance

  • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • Understanding of Bank of America business and structure

  • Experience in a project management, change management, or transition type of role

  • Prior experience with Compensation, Compliance, Risk or Audit

  • Awareness of regulatory environment
