Sr. Project Consultant – Finance Solutions

Role Description:

The GFC Change Management & Governance team is part of the CFO-Global Financial Control organization. The team manages programs and projects supporting GFC key initiatives. Our purpose is to drive high quality program/project management to deliver business outcomes and sustainable results. Job responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of assigned programs/projects

  • Develop/maintain integrated project workplans, initiating implementation programs, creating executive status reports and other executive presentations/reporting and tracking program/project progress

  • Ensure issues/risks are proactively identified, appropriately escalated and include alternativeapproaches/mitigationplans and manage to resolution

  • Communicate, influence and negotiate both vertically and horizontally to obtain partnership and engagement required to deliver program/ project deliverables

  • Represent the program/project in various governance and inter-department forums, as appropriate

Required Skills:

  • Excellent change management skills, including ability to think end-to-end, process design, business requirements, employee/operational readiness, testing and implementation

  • Excellent project management skills, including ability to meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines

  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills

  • Excellent communication (written and oral), influencing and facilitation skills

  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

  • Self-motivated, self-directed

  • Proficient with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)

  • 5-7 years change management, project management, PMO or similar experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Desired Skills:

  • Regulatory Reporting, Finance Management, Accounting or similarbackground/experience

  • Experience with BAC enterprise change processes and methodologies (Waterfall/Agile)

  • Experience with BAC project management tools (i.e., PPRT, Nexus, SharePoint, Discovery)

  • Six Sigma, PMP certified
