Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, Online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo’s more than 70 million global customers.

This position resides within the Payments, Virtual Solutions (PVS) & Bank Technology (CBT) Safety & Soundness team that spans Digital (Wholesale & Community Bank), Payments and Treasury, Cards and Deposits, Stores & ATM, and Call Center Technology.

As an individual contributor, you'll work with application teams, ACOs, Enterprise Information Security in helping the application teams with technology initiatives like Application Security, Secure coding, Scanning (Qualys, Black Duck), Access Management (Service account governance, CyberArk,BreakGlass). In addition any new technology or compliance initiatives this person is expected to be an early player in identifying the potential challenges and come up with solutions by working closely with technology partners.

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems

  • Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements

  • Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes

  • Prepares specifications for system changes

  • Recommends and initiates systems testing

  • Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies

  • Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of systems support analysis experience

  • 7+ years of business systems analysis or design experience

  • 2+ years of experience conducting project meetings, presentations and status reporting

  • 1+ year of information security log management system experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • 2+ years of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience

  • Web application security vulnerability detection and mitigation experience

  • System vulnerability detection and mitigation experience

  • 1+ year of secure SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodologies experience

  • DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing) experience

  • Experience with design, implementation and governance with Robotic Process Automation or Business Process automation architectures

  • Experience with design, implementation and governance with Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing or Machine Learning Architecture

  • Demonstration and presentation facilitation skills

  • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals

  • Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: dynamic application or software assessments (web application penetration testing, web application vulnerability testing)

  • Knowledge and understanding of vulnerability scanning and reporting

  • Experience coordinating multiple tasks within aggressive time frames

  • A BS/BA degree or higher

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
