Business Unit Introduction:

Our Globally integrated IBM Cognitive Process Services team provides offshore, nearshore and onshore solutions to Client delivery service requirements across industries and geographies. With various streams under F&A (Finance & Administration) we excel in Record to Report( R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash(O2C) along with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Recruitment Process Outsourcing HR/learnings and Integrated Source to Pay Operations for our Clients.

Who you are:

You will be part of Finance & Administration (F&A) team which provides multiple services to Customers supporting their organization in the areas of financial outsourcing and Vendor Management. F&A operates from locations across Bangalore, Chennai

What you’ll do:

  • You will be involved in General accounting which include reconciliations, preparation of balance sheet and Profit and Loss Account, financial analysis and reporting.

  • To co-ordinate all accounting activities associated with the general Ledger particularly fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash and bank. Involve in E2E (End to End) General Accounting activities including Reporting and Consolidations.

  • Identify risks or opportunities to revenues, cost and profitability and propose appropriate actions.

  • Involve in preparing Balance Sheet, Inter-company and Cash Reconciliations.

  • E2E General Accounting activities including Reporting & Consolidations

  • Co-ordinate Audits and manage customer expectations

  • Adhere to client SLA's (Service Level Agreement) and timelines

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 0-2 Years of Experience in Record to Report (R2R) domain.

  • Basic accounting knowledge

  • Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R) & Order to Cash (O2C)

  • Coordinate the processing of vendor Invoices and resolve issues with suppliers and Client Stakeholders

  • Organizing/monitoring vendor payments

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications

  • Proven communication skills
