Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8 plus years relevant work experience.

TheC@Csales operations analyst supports the Cloud at Customer business in NATD driving the sales operations and deal support aspects of the business. In this role you will work closely with multiple organizations including Cloud Platform and IaaS Sales Teams, CSM teams, ECA, product development and order mgmt. You will work closely with these teams to assist them with their go-to-market strategy, deal structuring and reporting for Cloud at Customer business.
Assist Sales Teams in their pursuit of Cloud at Customer deals to review CPQ, Contracts, Booking packages including assisting account teams in the translation of technical Bills of Material into configurable quotes that can be provisioned.
Work with Product Management to discuss deal specific questions, concerns, special approvals, and other items.
Work with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) on escalations, provisioning questions/issues, deal tracking, and other ad hoc topics. This role provides optics for the CSM team into internal tools and items handled by the Sales team.
Work with Tier 1, Deal Management, Legal and others regarding Cloud at Customer approval requests, deal structuring, and workaround requirements if applicable.
Manage escalations with internal teams to address roadblocks
Provide deal level information and reporting for Cloud at Customer to be included in executive reporting decks
Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of Oracles order mgmt. systems (CPQ, DAS, OIP Lite, Q and other sales systems) comfortable working with sales and senior executives, excellent communication skills, high level understanding of Oracle s Cloud at Customer business and products and understanding of Oracle Cloud business processes and systems
