Oracle Global Deal Management Business Process Enablement Manager in Chesterfield, Missouri

Leads process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives in order to arrive at best practices.

Plans, manages, and controls the activities of a team that provides operational support for a business segment, group or team. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership and compliance with procedures, etc. Advises business groups by providing strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application. Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.

Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.BA/BS degree preferred.

The Business Process Enablement Manager isresponsible for managing a team of professionals devoted to all lines ofbusiness within Oracle (Cloud, License, Hardware, Services) who communicate andtrain with the Regional Deal Management Teams on business practices andprocesses, own, create, update, and maintain Desk Manuals and Deal Management(DM) Knowledge Articles in compliance with SOX requirements, create anddeliver global communication via Here s the Deal, Red Banner, Late BreakingNews, OSN, etc., and works cross Line of Business (xLOB) to implement globalstrategic initiatives.

The Process Enablement Manager will be requiredto work xLOB to drive Cloud processes and policies working with the Cloud FrameworkTeam, Complex Deal Team, Change Enablement Team, and Regional DPO Teams toensure Cloud Transactions are drafted correctly in order to meet all down-stream system requirements.

The Process Enablement Manager will triage, manage, and collaborate with the teamof professionals who act as the global conduit for regional stakeholders reviewing,researching, and providing answers to global process incidents within aguaranteed SLA based on priority status.

The Process Enablement Manager will help leadkey Global DM Initiatives/Projects by identifying synergies across the xLOBteam and leverage others expertise to share best practices to optimize results. The Manager will foster creativity, measuredrisk-taking actions, and entrepreneurial thinking.

The Manager will provide oversight to ensureconsistency and accurate information is found within the Global DM xLOBs in themultiple formats where information is stored, such as desk manuals, DM Help Knowledge Articles, xLOB confluence sites,web pages, and OSN conversations.

Drive implementation of new processes andprocedures.

Participate and contribute insight as keyrepresentative for Global DM cross LOBs to help define and drive process and/orsystem improvements that positively affect Deal Management s systems and tools.

Work with the Automation Team to prioritize Business Requirement Enhancements, including reporting requirements as required.
