Our team focuses on representing data as a strategic business asset to help serve our clients. You’ll focus on using data and information across PwC to drive change and improvements in data related operations to help enable the business as well as provide insights related to attendant risks.
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
Train and lead staff
Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Understanding and applying data extraction/transformation, analytics and visualization approaches;
Leveraging Business Intelligence software such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI;
Utilizing Communication skills, including the ability to work with leaders to facilitate and instruct in large meeting settings;
Staying technically relevant to customers and competitive with the external environment; and,
Instructing, mentoring or coaching others.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success synthesizing data and sharing knowledge with others, emphasizing the following areas:
Using a high degree of collaboration, ingenuity, and innovation to apply tools and techniques for application in business settings;
Managing high performing teams, comprising data scientists, data analysts, client service practitioners, etc.;
Leveraging techniques to perform data analysis, and experience with Alteryx, Power Query and other agile technologies;
Designing interactive visual interfaces and dashboards (Tableau, Qlikview, Microsoft Power BI);
Working in advanced analytics and statistics;
Consulting, instructing and/or meeting facilitation skills;
Being curious an investigative mind towards data analysis and storytelling; and,
Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks while quickly adapting to changing priorities or roles.
