BMO Financial Group Data & Analytics Change Manager in Chicago, Illinois
BMO is searching for a high-performance individual with experience implementing organizational change management (OCM) strategies and the capability to grow in an expanding Data & Analytics field.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Change Management & Communications, and be a part of the Enterprise Data & AI (EDAI) which brings together Data, Analytics & Robotics to create competitive advantage, accelerate growth and delight customers.

What will you do
Develop a change management and change management strategy for EDAI and each major project/initiative
Apply formal change frameworks to measure all of our results related to organizational change including quantitative and qualitative analyses
Partner with all areas of EDAI to assessing organizational cultures, capabilities, and agreement to tailor change management approaches
Partner with communications, distributing information through an integrated, attractive, and comprehensive communications strategy
Execute strategic training plans to prepare individuals for success during and after the change
Partner with the IFL & Enablement team to ensure training plans are well organize and executed
Assessment of organizational readiness and current state vs. future state gaps
Minimum of 3 years of knowledge in Change management or project management job-related work experience in one of the following: Banking, Financial Services, Technology, or Products (retail and Life Sciences)
Minimum of 3 years experience with project/change management tools, concepts, and methodologies
Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation (PowerPoint, Excel) and interpersonal skills: ability to explain technology and value propositions
