Are you the next generation of TA?
IBM’s Global Talent Acquisition Diversity Leader will be accountable for setting IBM’s TA diversity strategy & and achieving the goals aligned to it. They will enable and inspire IBM’s TA leaders and recruiters to weave Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) into their everyday awareness and activity. They will collaborate with IBM’s D&I program leaders and our world-wide hiring delivery leaders to develop a global D&I hiring strategy tied to an outcome of attracting, engaging and selecting balanced slates of diversity while fostering inclusive experiences throughout. They will provide global investment guidelines and transparency to trends & results. To ensure outcomes are achieved with shared accountability world-wide, the TA Diversity Leader will co-create with TA leaders in each region to segment and localize adoption of the global strategy.
Define annual priorities and roadmaps to achieve a worldwide diverse & inclusive hiring culture, consistently across all areas of Talent Acquisition from employer branding & sourcing to candidate engagement & selection
Accountable for inspiring Talent Acquisition Leaders & recruiters across our geographies to adopt and execute hiring strategies to achieve our goals
Define & enable adoption of a segmented diversity channel’s strategy world-wide, –including guidelines for channel investments strategies
Track and share Geo hiring trends, understand constituency challenges and work with Geo leaders to recommend pivots to strategies tied to data/results
Define and execute on an end to end stakeholder communication and interlock plan
Accountable for enabling Business and HR stakeholders to navigate country specific policies and clear roadblocks to enable diverse and inclusive hiring
Establish & educate stakeholders on our Talent Acquisition EVP with diversity and inclusion at the core. Influence leadership stakeholders world-wide to gain initiative buy-in
Provide stakeholder transparency, education and training enablement, working with prioritized geographies to create implementation plans
Collaborate with IBM employer branding team to ensure, diversity isn’t a separate TA agenda but integral to overall employer brand
Establish standard reporting metrics and enable solutions to deliver
Continuously evolve and enhance strategies to drive business value through a continuous feeder for top talent
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum of 4 years of full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition experience
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Proven track record of successful diverse and inclusive hiring execution from branding/attraction through to selection and onboarding
Established, successful experience delivering on communication plans in complex, global environments
Strong project management skills & experience
Proven innovator with a growth mindset
Leadership presence and credibility to influence all levels of stakeholders
Thorough understanding of recruiting life-cycles and channels segmentation strategies
Proven success delivering results in complex cross-business & cultural environments
Established personal brand and eminence with diverse networks
