The Pricing and Contracting Solutions team (PaCS) is anintegral part of Deloitte Advisory s leading life and health carepractice. Our services and applications focus on risk mitigationand operational performance. As part of our team, you will commit to providingdeep industry and compliance knowledge to our clients, being a subject matterspecialist, and supporting a technology platform to manage complex governmentpricing operations. The Government Pricing Integration Business Analyst is responsiblefor support of the Integration team s ongoing and future activities related tothe government price type methodologies and system applications to meet the currentand future needs of the PaCS customers and market. This includes translatingbusiness requirements for technical integrators to ensure their understandingof price type methodology changes required within the system; as well as testingand quality review of technical code changes made by Integrators. This positionwill work closely with the Government Pricing Product Manager, IntegrationLeader, System Integrators and Government Pricing Operations team in order tomaintain and enhance the government pricing applications to support clientgovernment pricing methodologies and reporting.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor s degree required in finance, accounting, or related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry (within industry or a consulting firm) working with or implementing government price reporting.

  • Strong subject matter expertise in calculating government prices for the federal drug programs including BP, AMP, ASP, PHS/340B, NFAMP, FCP/FSS, IFF, Tricare

  • Additional expectation is to continually build detailed subject matter expertise in area of government program regulations.

  • Experience with business requirements elicitation and documentation and working/partnering with software development and system integrators

  • Ability to effectively communicate business and software requirements with product management, integrators and engineering teams

  • Ability to learn quickly and further build subject matter expertise in the area of government price reporting and python code

  • Effective at managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail; able to organize and present ideas in a compelling manner.

  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for deliverables.

  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with business users, technical teams, product and project managers, senior management and outsourced service providers.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of python coding

  • Experience with system integration and user acceptance testing
