Job Description:

The Head of Digital Platform Monetization will be responsible for driving the P&L of new revenue sources on our digital platforms, including BankAmeriDeals, our industry leading cashback program which has saved our customers over $100MM since launch. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to create a strategic roadmap and drive execution through partnerships with fintechs and retailers.

This leader will manage a team of digital product experts responsible for defining our digital monetization strategy, evaluating and testing new revenue opportunities, building new capabilities with our digital design and development teams, and managing vendor relationships. This leader will be responsible for prioritizing a multi-million dollar technology portfolio and providing overall business ownership throughout the lean agile development process.

The ideal candidate will be a forward thinking leader with a proven track record of successfully bringing next generation products, services and technologies to market. The role requires an individual with a strong combination of strategic thinking and detailed planning and project management,

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Manage P&L and achieve targets

  • Develop 3-year strategic plan for step-change growth

  • Prioritize and manage technology features

  • Partner with external vendors and retailers to identify integration opportunities

Job Requirements:

  • Experience leading a team of digital product experts

  • 5+ years Digital Product Management experience

  • Proficiency with lean agile and waterfall project lifecycles

  • Strong organizational, influence and communication skills

  • Strategic thinking along with solid execution skills

  • Strong understanding of technology and digitization and how it will continue to transform the retail and banking landscape
