BMO Financial Group Human Resources Workforce Solutions Analyst in Chicago, Illinois

Description:

The Analyst in Workforce Solutions (WFS) provides analytical and data management capabilities to support the core and ongoing management information requirements for Technology & Operations (T&O) and Corporate Areas HR. In addition, provides support to HR Programs via analytical and reporting activities based on defined business requirements and within approved timelines.

  • Provide analytical and statistical expertise to T&O and Corporate Areas HR through synthesizing data and presenting results in a way that is clear and compelling to business audiences.

  • Review management information reports to ensure data relevance and integrity.

  • Liaise with the WFS team to ensure consolidation of information for reporting purposes.

  • Provide support to the WFS team in the compilation of HR information ad hoc requests.

  • Liaise with Management Information & Reporting Team, on behalf of T&O and Corporate Areas HR to ensure data relevance and integrity.

  • Provide support to the development and implementation of Human Resources projects/initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access) with the ability to adapt quickly to other management information and database management tools.

  • High level knowledge of HR measures/metrics and any associated products.

  • High attention to detail,problem-solving and proven analytical thinking skills.

  • Well developed prioritization, time management and multi-tasking skills.

  • High degree of integrity in dealing with sensitive information.

  • Ability to translate HR problems into analytical solutions that drive and support business strategies and tactics.

  • Experience with design, development, testing and implementation of HR system, information generation, data analysis and process improvements.

  • Well developed project management, program development and implementation skills with advanced conceptual abilities

  • Practical experience managing cross-functional HR projects would be an asset.

  • Communicating and presenting solutions to technical as well as non-technical audiences, and to all levels of management, including senior executives.

  • Solid interpersonal skills, ability to establish effective working relationships. Ability to interact well within group and across departments.

  • Ability to impact and influence with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Experience with design, development, testing and implementation of HR system, information generation, data analysis and process improvements.

  • Well developed project management, program development and implementation skills with advanced conceptual abilities.

  • Practical experience managing cross-functional HR projects would be an asset.

  • Effectively able to manage change in a fast paced environment.

  • Ability to resolve diverse, complex and ambiguous issues.

  • Ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to problems.
