Designs and defines the organizational structure and accountabilities to ensure effective and efficient management. Manage all global processes regarding the creation, maintenance, use and inactivation of customer accounts & Import/exports to ensure effective use of information and resources Sets forth the vision, objectives and business benefits of the Data Operations team Leads and manages large/complex projects. Evaluates strategies around data operations, in order to make appropriate decisions with the way that team/business function is to be managed and used. Ensures data quality, completeness, and integrity through the management of its creation and maintenance and plans, implements and controls all activities for measuring, assessing, improving and ensuring data quality for customers. Identifies and monitors interrelations between data quality and business process and performance. Partners with the business and third party vendors to identify and resolve complex issues and utilizes feedback to improve overall data quality and customer experience. Works with customers to ensure expectations are met from the initial requirement and take responsibility to adhere to ongoing standards and SLAs put in place for customers Manages workload and forecast of resources based on pipeline of projects and estimation Designs strategy and executes on strategy to create repeatable processes and standards in order to support customers’ requirements with minimal customization.
