This Supply Chain Manager will work with our clients on their most complex challenges in the functional areas of Contract Management, Order Management, through to Accounts Receivables. We work closely with senior leaders in to define the role of order to cash in the future. Primary work for Order to Cash includes: • Contract lifecycle management• Order Management Improvements• Operating Model Design• Order Management Process Design• Customer Service Optimization• Invoicing and Billing improvements• Collections/Cash Application/Deductions process improvementsAs a Manager, you will lead teams to formulate growth and productivity strategies, while challenging historic perspectives to better align order management and customer billing activities with mission critical objectives. You will provide actionable insights to the world’s top organizations, helping them address priority C-suite issues with strategies they can execute with speed and at scale.
Basic Qualifications• Minimum of 5 years' experience working on Order to Cash Supply Chain initiatives• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an external consulting role • Ability to meet travel requirements• Bachelor's Degree Preferred Skills• Knowledge and experience in Order Management, Operating Model, Customer Service, Invoicing/Billing, Collections/Cash Application/Deductions • Prior experience with Connected Products, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics Process Automation• Management experience leading teams • MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred Professional Qualifications• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment• Ability to innovate and challenge norms• Excellent ability to create collectively, harnessing the power of a group • Ability to generate new, creative approaches to solve problems and create opportunities• Proven ability to utilize data and analytics to drive new insights• Focus on value creation• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams• Excellent leadership, management, and relationship building skills
