Global Mobility provides data and consulting services to facilitate cross border and domestic movement of human resources. The Mobility Associate will help drive the mobility practice by leading small and mid-sized accounts to execute on their mobility programs and objectives through the use of Mercer Mobility data and services. Additionally, the Mobility Associate will help to develop and deliver mobility consulting projects of varying sizes. In this role, you will: Demonstrate a working knowledge of mobility policies and advice clients of leading practices, including acting as a specialist on the full range of Mercer mobility data, services and solutions and their application to various client situations Sell and deliver mobility data subscriptions and compensation transaction services (cost projections, balance sheets, net-to-net calculations, hardship reports, etc.), primarily to small and mid-sized clients Drive client satisfaction by managing day-to-day interaction of the existing mobility client portfolio, including regular account reviews and service calls Manage smaller scale projects, apply judgment and make recommendations and decisions Prepare detailed analyses, reports, summaries and other related deliverables Support and assist in the delivery of consulting projects, which may include benchmarking, cost modeling, process and program design, communications, and HR strategy Proactively contribute to winning new clients Attend new business sales pitches across the region, as required, as the subject matter technical expert Help drive broader client service and quality-based strategies Lead and participate in trainings for colleagues and other internal groups To be considered for this career opportunity, we require the following knowledge, skills and abilities: Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, human resources, mathematics or a related field Minimum of three to five years of client service experience in compensation or global mobility Experienced in data analysis with strong Excel skills Demonstrated understanding of international mobility practices, issues and methodology Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines in a confident and professional manner Comfortable facilitating client discussions and discussing products and services with existing and potential clients Asks questions and challenges information to increase understanding and knowledge Seeks opportunities to develop new skills and gain experience Participates in team planning and implementation activities in a reliable and enthusiastic manner Self-starter Ability to work within an international matrixed organization Experience in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills At Mercer, we make a difference in the lives of more than 110 million people every day by advancing their health, wealth, and careers.
