Principal Program Architect, DMP
As a Data Management Platform (DMP) Program Architect on the Oracle Data Cloud consulting team you’ll be helping the world’s most important marketers design, deploy, and manage their advertising technology stack and leverage the world’s most comprehensive data product set to power their global marketing efforts. The ODC operates like a well-funded startup within Oracle, creating novel products to target and manage audiences for advertising across the web and digital ecosystem.
Primary responsibilities include:
Providing thought leadership on digital advertising technology – specifically data management and leveraging data to power more impactful campaigns
Designing technical solutions to integrate Oracle’s Data Management Platform with marketers’ technology stacks and data assets
Managing the technical implementation, ongoing integration, and support process for customers leveraging Oracle’s Data Cloud platform products
Consulting on browser/tag based data collection, mobile SDK deployment, and the integration of marketer’s systems leveraging various Oracle APIs and offline data transfer methods
Consulting on and designing data organization structures and taxonomies from multiple customer data sources for optimal use in various digital marketing channels
Managing internal communication and processes, coordinating with multiple business stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, sales, and customer service teams
Lead technical platform trainings and solution sessions with a diverse set of client stakeholders including IT, engineering, privacy & security, and digital marketing end user teams
React to and coordinate responses to various technical customer issues, escalations, and product feature requests
Here’s a summary of the skills that will provide success in this position:
5 years’ experience in software development, technical consulting, or digital advertising technology
Strong understanding of the digital marketing eco-system including DMP, ad servers, DSPs, SSO, attribution, or measurement solutions preferred
Exceptional problem-solving skills with unrelenting focus on practical business implications
Exceptional communication skills and comfort presenting to and ideating with senior technical, marketing, and other business stakeholders within enterprise businesses

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.
As a Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 3 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 7 years business experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools. Ability to implement the most advanced product features. Thorough knowledge of system and application design. In depth knowledge of competitors. Demonstrated project management skills. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication. Ability to travel as needed. A/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.
