Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Specialist Senior, Human Capital, HR Transformation in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Deliver large engagements that drive strategic HR and payroll organizational change for clients. Develop, test, and deploy technology solutions necessary to meet client business requirements using industry standard processes and HCM technologies including Oracle Fusion ERP. Provide technical support to client for training delivery, training compliance reporting and stewarding in Oracle Fusion HR and payroll modules. Develop customized reports in BI Reporting, SQL/PLSQL and load payroll batch lines using Payroll Batch Loader. Implement Core HR, Payroll and Compensation modules and processes for Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM in US localization. Gather requirements and create business processes, functional designs, functional configurations, technical designs, and test cases for solutions during implementation phases. Design mappings between PeopleSoft and Cloud Tales systems for conversion. Develop fast formulas for payroll and compensation modules. Develop customized reports in BI Reporting, SQL/PLSQL and Payroll Batch Loader (PBI). Conduct and report on System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing for Oracle EBS/Fusion components, including Processes, Formulas, Extensions, Interfaces and Payroll Parallel phases and go-live.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management of Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.

  • Two years of progressively responsible experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have two years of experience with:

  • Implementing Core HR, Payroll and Compensation modules and processes for Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM in US localization;

  • Gathering requirements and creating business processes, functional designs, functional configurations, technical designs, and test cases for solutions during implementation phases;

  • Designing mappings between PeopleSoft and Cloud Tales systems for conversion;

  • Developing fast formulas for payroll and compensation modules;

  • Developing customized reports in BI Reporting, SQL/PLSQL and Payroll Batch Loader (PBI);

  • Conducting and reporting on System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing for Oracle EBS/Fusion components, including Processes, Formulas, Extensions, Interfaces and Payroll Parallel phases and go-live.

  • 80% travel required.
